Mr. Vaughn's genius is his ability to describe what is obvious.
Any form of electronic communications is insecure. Some are more insecure than others, but they all can be jammed, hacked, interdicted, decoded, spammed, compromised, degraded, or stolen.
All this is ugly but true.
The most reliable means of communication is pen and paper.
